These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement between Bitter and Better and a counterparty unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

To order

On you can make a purchase as a GUEST or as a registered customer. Registration is very easy. We will only ask you for the information that speeds up the purchasing process. From the shopping cart you can view the content of your purchase, and adjust or remove the number of items in your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the items in your shopping basket are in stock.

Change order

After you have completed your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. We remind you that it is not possible to cancel or adjust your order if it has already been processed.

Prices and offers

All prices of products offered include VAT in euros and excluding shipping costs.

Price changes

All our items in the physical Store and in our webshop have the same prices.
If there is a difference between the prices on the website and the price on the price tags of the items of clothing, the correct price is always the price shown at the time of purchase. Please note that we do not make price adjustments for items that have been reduced in price after purchase. All offers on the website are without obligation and Bitter and Better. expressly reserves the right to change prices. Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders. An offer is canceled if the product to which the offer relates is no longer available in the meantime.

Shipping costs

Regardless of the payment method, all orders within the Netherlands will be charged €4.95in shipping costs. We offer FREE shipping on orders over €99.-in the Netherlands. Sorry we cannot offer FREE shipping on EU or International orders! €12.95 for EU residents and €25.- for Worldwide shipping.

Foreign Orders

For customers from countries other than the Netherlands, the contribution to shipping costs depends on the country. All prices are in Euros. We only ship with Track and Trace to avoid any problems. In case your country is not listed, please contact us as we ship Worldwide Please contact us if you have any further questions, or for more information.

Secure payment

We ensure that your payment details are processed in a secure environment, so that you can shop safely in our webshop.


Bitter and Better strives to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and in any case within 3 working days after receipt of payment. If a delivery cannot take place or cannot be delivered on time, because the ordered items are not in stock or are delayed for another reason, you will be notified within 7 days after you have placed the order. Exceeding the agreed delivery times does not give the customer the right to compensation, dissolution of the agreement or non-compliance with any obligation that may arise for him from this or from any other related agreement. If your order contains several items and these are not all in stock, they will only be sent when the order is complete. For Shipping outside the EU please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery due to customs! The product must be delivered to the customer no later than 30 days after ordering. If this does not happen, the customer can immediately cancel the purchase. This does not apply if the parties have agreed a different delivery period. The order will be delivered to your home, unless you have indicated on the website that the order must be delivered to a different delivery address. If you have entered a wrong delivery address, the shipping costs are for your risk and account! Order costs do not include import duties and customs charges. Depending on customs regulations, import duties may or may not be charged. As a recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes that are levied


We ONLY accept returns for countries within the EU
Bitter and Better does everything to deliver a perfect product. If the ordered item nevertheless does not meet your expectations: Contact us for a Return request!
The request must be made after delivery confirmation. You can return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, Provided that the product concerned is undamaged, not worn, washed or otherwise clearly used or processed, and is provided with the original packaging and cards! Return shipments without prior registration will not be processed! As soon as we receive the items including: a copy of the invoice, the return form clearly stating the reason for the return and your bank account number, we will credit the purchase amount within 14 working days. Jewelry / Accessories & Lingerie are not taken back due to hygienic reasons. Items where * ATTENTION * In the description is mentioned, and Customized items can also not be returned! The costs of returning the product are for your own account. Please do not return any products without a Return request. If no returns have been received by Bitter and Better within the mentioned period, Bitter and Better is deemed to have fully complied with its obligations with regard to the delivered goods. NOTE: all purchases in the sale are FINAL. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for the items you have purchased in our shop. But you can exchange the items you have purchased in our Shop for another item or get a Bitter and Better voucher.


Bitter and Better guarantees that the products to be delivered meet the specifications stated on the website. Bitter and Better cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website exactly reflect the colors of the clothing. How the color is displayed depends on the settings of your computer. You must examine the delivered product at the time of delivery, but in any case within the shortest possible time. You should investigate whether the quality and quantity of the delivered items correspond to what has been agreed.


Bitter and Better accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of Bitter and Better's products

Retention of title

Bitter and Better remains the sole owner of the product delivered until the purchase price has been paid in full.


All personal data is used exclusively for the processing of the order and will never be made available to third parties.
Intellectual property rights
The intellectual property rights with regard to the (clothing) brands of Bitter and Better as stated on the website: including the rights to the texts, images, design, data files, photos and other still and / or moving images, software and other materials You must unconditionally respect Bitter and Better.


The administration of Bitter and Better counts, unless proven otherwise, as proof of the requests and/or orders you have made. You acknowledge that electronic communication can serve as proof.
Bitter and Better is authorized to make use of third parties in the execution of your order(s).

Bitter and Better respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information that you provide is treated confidentially. We will not provide any information about our customers to third parties unless you have given your explicit permission.
